Your opportunity
●The main role of this position will be managing Office End User Support to serve Kering Offices VIPs and the other onsite requirements.
●
●Based on the different request from Kering brands that setup standard Office support process. A strong experience at office support area is mandatory.
How you will contribute
●Provide onsite support for Kering Personnel especially VIPs in accordance with the Operations Manual;
●Use the Kering ITSM Tool to log all tickets raised by Kering employees and liaise with the Service Desk for any support required for the timely resolution of the same.
●Upon completion of the required tasks, provide timely updates to the Service Desk to update the ticket with resolution information.
●Provide end user training including “Ask the expert” and classroom training for new hires.
●Manage office hardware.
●Work closely with IT team to share the best practice to improve Office support processes.
Who you are
Experience, business and technical skills
●Hands-on experience in retail applications, such as POS, store portal, store PDA/iPad apps, retail back-office applications, etc.
●Hands-on experience in appropriate skills (technical and soft skills) to provide office user support Service (i.e. Infrastructure Support, workstations, mobile devices, printer’s replacements, moves and changes, preventive and regular maintenance – manually required installation and configuration of anti-virus, patches, desktops re-imaging, software installation) etc.
●Excellent communication skills and fluently in the local language and practical English (written and spoken)
●Excellent listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
●Team / customer oriented attitude
Soft skills:
●University degree in IT, Business Information System or equivalent
●Minimum 5-year experience in IT, with at least 3-year experience in office support
●Proven Training Experience
