1. 负责单抗，双抗等蛋白的活性分析方法开发，验证和转移，开展和完成相关实验，解释结果和撰写活性分析方法开发，验证和转移的报告；

2.负责IND 阶段批次蛋白的活性放行,报告撰写以及与项目相关的沟通协调；

3.负责与免疫，肿瘤学前沿相关的实验设计，完成相关实验；

4.完成上级安排的其他相关工作并按要求撰写工作报告。

职务要求：

1. 硕士以上学历，免疫学，肿瘤生物学及分子生物学相关专业；

2. 5年以上医药领域大分子（或小分子）活性分析方法开发经验，有cell-based assay，ELISA，HTRF等实验操作经验，有药物活性分析的质量放行经验优先考虑；

3.熟练使用酶标仪,FACS,MSD等常用生物分析仪器；熟练使用Graphpad, Excel, Flowjo等生物分析软件；

4.具有高度的责任感和敬业精神，拥有良强的执行力和沟通协调能力。

Job description

1. Responsible for the development, validation and transfer of activity analysis methods for monoclonal antibodies, double antibodies, etc., carrying out and completing related experiments, interpreting results and writing reports on development, validation and transfer of activity analysis methods;

2. Responsible for the release of the batch protein in the IND stage, report writing and communication coordination related to the project;

3. Responsible for the experimental design related to the frontier of immunization and oncology, and complete related experiments;

4. Complete other related work arranged by the superior and write a work report as required.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in immunology, oncology biology and molecular biology;

2. More than 5 years experience in the development of macromolecule (or small molecule) activity analysis methods in the medical field, experience in cell-based assays, ELISA, HTRF, etc., and quality release experience with drug activity analysis is preferred;

3. Proficiency in the use of microplate readers, FACS, MSD and other commonly used biological analysis instruments; skilled in using Graphpad, Excel, Flowjo and other biological analysis software;

4. Have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and have strong execution and communication skills.
