Major/Key responsibilities

1.Responsible for studying and grasping the regulatory and compliance policy, tax laws and regulation and all requirements of shareholders. Analyzing the impact on accounting treatments and financial reports, and work with the reporting team to complete various regulatory compliance reports.

2.Responsible for financial self-examination upon compliance requirements, completing self-examination reports, and following up the implementation of rectification and optimization.

3.Take the lead of the improvement of the company's internal control task manual, coordinating and communicating with related departments to complete the annual update and summary of the manual. And assist in company’s internal and external audit work.

4.Responsible for the effectiveness of internal control processes within Finance Department and related to Finance Department, including the design of internal control process and check and evaluation of the implementation of internal control process. Responsible for sorting out and maintaining FA’s policies and task manuals, initiating and following up the formulation, modification and nullification of the policies, and advising improvements for internal control and risk management.

5.To assist Finance General Manager to support board secretary affairs. Such as policy setting and updating; reports preparation and checking; organizational work of the board meeting.

Educational and Qualification Requirements

1.Undergraduate degree or above in accounting/finance and related majors;

2.At least 5 year finance/ compliance/ internal control experiences in foreign company or financial institutes;

3.Excellent English skill, both in oral and written.
