Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary:
The position provides a substantial opportunity for career advancement, and the incumbent is required to have solid track record in Financial Planning & Analysis for a sizable multinational company in the fast-growing region. This person should be passionate, be able to work under pressures/challenges and be able to work independently and handle tough cases and conflicts.
Responsibilities:
-Be business partner for commercial team, with primary responsibility for revenue, bookings, cost budgeting and monitoring, to drive healthy growth
-Prepare and build assumptions for annual operating plan, monthly and quarterly rolling plans
-Prepare periodical business deck for commercial and manager’s review
-Proactively provide deep financial analysis on key variances with action plans
-Work with sales ops team to manage channel/distributor/marketing activities from financial perspective
-Closing related:
-P&L review and various analysis
-Prepare necessary adjustments
-Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree with in Accounting or Finance
-3+ years of experience working in relevant position for a large multinational company is preferred.
-Strong financial analytical skills, track record of accurate and timely financial reporting.
-Demonstrated history of driving businesses to improve processes and performance.
-CPA/ACCA certification is preferred
-Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
-Self-motivated, resilient, good time management, high bars for action.
-Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-Experience with SAP/Hyperion/CMR is preferred.
