职位描述

Key
responsibility:




  1. Create solution project opportunities and manage the
    project pipeline

  2. Being capable to set up both short term and long-term
    customer business relationship with DI, EPC, end-user and partners esp. in
    industry, infrastructure, healthcare sectors

  3. Being able to fully manage the project value chain such as customer
    influencing, spec-in, bidding, contract negotiation, execution coordination
    and after-sales services

  4. Prepare monthly and quarterly order forecast on a bi-weekly basis, and
    deliver the sales number commitment

  5. Coordinating effectively with internal tender, project
    manager, solution architect and other segment key account manager to
    successfully
    deliver project delivery.

  6. Acting as a bridge between external customers and
    internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth communication during pre-sale, during
    sale and after-sale period.


Key requirement
and qualification




  1. 5+ years large project or solution selling experience with MNC
    or SOE customers

  2. Profound ELV system/solution knowledge

  3. Passionate to win by serving both internal and external
    customers,
    proactive and customer centric to meet customer needs while in line with
    company codes

  4. Be able to identify potential customer, define customer
    needs and present ELV total solution

  5. A good team-player to communicate effectively with
    internal support team and peers to land and fulfill order

  6. Engineering or IT education background preferred

  7. Basic English reading, spoken and writing capability
