In this role, you have the opportunity to

 

• Maintain Import & Export operation in compliance by ensuring the Import & Export procedures are implemented and followed.

• Participate in internal and external audit, such as PSCS etc.

 

You are responsible for

 

• Ensure regular import business smoothly, especially for chemical parts and medical device import.

• Set up bridge for service business, regular checking with Custom for regulations or policies changes.

• Responsible for doing Import & Export assessment for Ultrasound Shanghai site, report to Ultrasound BG.

• Responsible for auditing and monitoring Broker and Forwarder operation and process in compliance, meet Philips requirement.

• Responsible for preparing Bonded process analysis and setting up.

• Set up and maintain benign relationship with Custom and Commerce Commission.

• Other tasks related with Import & Export.

 

You are a part of

• Philips Ultrasound Shanghai SCM team, report to Senior SCM Manager

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

 

• Professional import & export experience, especially in repair and bonded business, minimum 5 years in Import & Export department.

• Strong control and manage import handling experience.

• Strong statistical and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication, problems solving and continuous improvement.

• Certificate of Custom Broker

• Fluent English both writing and speaking.

• Have experience in medical industry is plus.

• Influence skill, presentation skill.
