Job Description

• Define platform test specification, test matrix, test method / facility (design new if necessary) for development test and quality test after SOP

• Design and coordinate producing fixtures for engineering sample and test

• Manage engineering samples to be made on spec, on cost, delivered on time, on quality with sample shop and external supplier

• Lead test execution with testing department to ensure testing to be finished on time, on quality

• Lead investigation on test intermediate failure to find out root cause and counter measure

• Evaluate engineering sample after testing by analyzing part’s wear off, deformation, damage

• Compile platform development test report

• Interpret test results and give proposal for design optimization in design review

Qualifications

• Able to lead engineering sample and test independently

• 5 years’ experience of validation engineer in product development, automotive thermal system , especially e compressor product preferred

• Planning and organizing

• Willing to learn new things and apply to practice

• Willing to travel

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Good English language skills

• Result oriented, not only find and report problem, but also look for solution

• Stress tolerance and coping

Additional Information

Bachelor degree or above;

Two yeas experience related;

Familiar with Inventor, Vault, SAP-P48, CTS, MTM, BPS, with related design experience;

Fluent in English speaking
