? Knowledge in computerised systems and/or engineering

? Comprehensive knowledge of validation lifecycles for site systems (e.g. IT, Control Systems, Analytical Equipment, Spreadsheets, etc.)

? Comprehensive knowledge of GxP standards from local regulatory agencies for area of expertise

1. Ensure compliance with internal and external computerised system policies and regulations:

? Ensure that the site is fundamentally aware of, and proactively implements current computerised system validation practices with particular focus on impact to patient safety, product quality, and record integrity.

? Ensure gap analysis has been performed against global computerised system validation policies and issues have been resolved

? Ensure that the site is compliant with current corporate computerised system validation policies and legislative requirements by setting and maintaining computerised system validation standards (i.e. GMS QMS) via computerised system validation SOPs

? Liaise with computerised system validation specialists across the network in order to share good practice methods and tools.

2. Organise site for M-ERP validation activities:

? Deliver accurate updates with respect to scheduled  M-ERP validation activities and report progress

? Ensure all centrally produced tools, templates and materials are available and relevant to site 

? Provide and deliver training/mentoring for  M-ERP validation to all relevant site personnel

3. Co-ordinate  M-ERP validation activities:

? Ensuring key personnel, training and experience is in place before beginning any  M-ERP validation activities

? Reviewing and Approving the validation plans and associated validation reports in accordance with QMS expectations, regulations associated with the markets supplied and, where required, local regulatory standards 

? Approve validation documentation as defined in validation plans

? Provide GxP and regulatory input into computerised system implementation projects with particular focus on impact to patient safety, product quality, and record integrity.

4. Monitor/support on-going computer compliance

? Perform periodic system reviews ensuring that the systems maintain their validated status

? Provide CSV related responses to inspectors/auditors

? Develop and maintain links with above-site and regional site validation teams
