ROLE PURPOSE
To handle importing & exporting work, ensure plant suppply as well as finish products regional & global supply.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1,Import&Export handling
2,Customs, Inspection&Quarantine Bureau formalities processing
3,Importing & exporting permit application
4,Process & Transaction in GSAP system
5,Communication with oversea customers on shipment arrangement & advise, ADR
6,Reporting efficiency and data quality
7,Work together with other function to smooth supply chain
8,Other assignment which delegated by direct manager.
9,Work as a team with other team member SCIC, SSCP and SNCP to reach department strategy
10,Local T&C officer

Critical Knowledge:
1,Import&export knowledge,
2,International business trading knowledge,
3,Chemical background preferred

Critical Skills:
1,Importing & Exporting formality operation skill,
2,Customs clearance qualification preferred
3,English reading & writing skill
4,GSAP, ERP system processing skill is a plus
