工作职责:

? Manage business solution/system/product implementation projects with business key stakeholders and product vender. (60%)

? Manage software development projects with business key users, Dev team and product owner (30%)

? Manage IT Infra projects including IDC build/New office build/Network setup, etc projects.(10%)

? Oversee and approve plans for projects / programs, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology ( PDM).

? Manage and coordinate project / programs budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards.

? Manages and coordinates interdependencies between projects and work streams across Business Unit or Operation Unit.

? Manages relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project objectives.

? Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks.

? Drives effective risks & issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used.

? Ensures problems resolved and escalate as appropriate.

? Implement change management process and ensures that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and steering committee.

? Plans operation transition including controlled hand-over into support and maintenance.

? Keeps the project team adheres to all standards including Project Delivery Methodology and compliance.

? Ensures expected benefits realization is consistent with project deliverables and clearly understood by stakeholders and project team.

任职资格:

Skills

? Deep understanding of system implementation and vender management skills .

? Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and Iterative).

? Track record of delivery medium to high risk projects while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards

? Solid project management, organization, and team collaboration skills.

? Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

? Using MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio as the working tools

Experience

? 7+ years of working experience as project manager, with track record of delivering complex IT projects with various work streams

? 2+ years pharmaceutical, medical and health industry large system implementation project management experience including but not limited to LIMS/ELN/EMS/MES/WMS, etc.

? Have large enterprise system implementation project management experience including but not limited to ERP, OA, HR system or equal project management experience is preferred.

? Rich vendor management experience

? Chemical / Pharmaceutical industry R&D working experience is preferred

Education Requirements

? Bachelor’s in computer science or related fields

? PMI certified or with equivalent certification is preferred
