We are currently seeking a Sales Development Specialist who will report to an Assistant Sales Development Manager in Kering Eyewear China

  

 

  

Your opportunity

  

 

  

 

  

The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

  

 

  

How you will contribute

  

 

  

·        Develop optical channel and brand strategy to in line with corporate strategy including but not limited to distribution, trading terms, sales policy and go-to-MKT promotion plan.

  

·        Cooperating with MKT Team on VM resources allocation, execution and performance tracking

  

·        Cooperating with Finance Team on Sales Budget management and performance review

  

·        Cooperating with Field Sales Team on Top Clients/Top Stores Management

  

·        Leveraging brand house resources, to create and promote commercial plan, focus on optical channel activities

  

·        Monitor competitors’ information from overall business perspectives.

  

·        Presenting our products and service to existing and potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.

  

 

  

Who you are

  

·        Bachelor’s degree, fluent English and good Excel/PPT skill is a must

  

·        At least 3 years of sales operation or Trade Marketing experience with no less than 1 year experience in FMCG or wholesale industry. Fashion background is a plus.

  

·        Capable of hands on problem-solving, with excellent organizational and time management skills

  

·        Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

  

·        A positive attitude to dealing with people.
