职位描述

Job Purpose

Define precisely why the job exists (in 2-3 sentences).

 

To assist the operations director / manager in coordinating all local operations issues and to consolidate orders and information from stores in the country.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Describe the key outputs of the job must be achieved in order to fulfill the overall purpose of the job.

 

  • Assist operations team in execution and coordination with Operations Department and retail team for store new opening/reset/closing, store repair and maintenance, consumables, deliveries, store orders and administrative support.
  • Provide support for local retail stores’ questions and information.
  • Coordinate with regional counterparts on procuring all necessary amenities, equipment and fix assets.
  • Support operations training material.
  • Assist in overall spectrum of administration and activities in country operations functions.
  • Schedule meetings & travel arrangements for Ops team.
  • Assist in special projects as needed.

 

Requirements

Describe the technical and professional competencies required to perform the job (e.g. education, qualifications, personal attributes, communication/language skills, computer skills etc.).  

 

  • Minimum 2 years retail operations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to build partners
  • Strong project and task management skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Excellent computer skills in outlook, MS excel, Work and Powerpoint.
  • Detail oriented, proactive and a team player
