Report to: Area sales manger

Mission:

To develop distribution network, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.

· Distributor network development, product and salesforce training and daily management to distributors.

· Continuously develop market share from distributor’s loyalty improvement; to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.

· Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.

· Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction

· Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs

· Report timely and accurately.

· Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

Candidate profile:

Education

· Bachelor degree or above with engineering background

Experience

· At least 2 years working experience as industry products sales related.

· Industrial/machinery industry background is required

· Premium brands selling experience is required

Knowledge

· Mechanical or electrical knowledge

· PC skill is a must
