This exciting role is responsible for sales order management, arrange and follow up worker order schedule. Inventory analysis and management.

Your essential responsibilities:

• According to the capacity information and shortage material information confirm the order delivery date.
• According to the order due date, lead time and inventory arrange the work order schedule.
• Follow up production lines’ work order entering warehouse on time, and follow up on time delivery. To make sure meet customer demand.
• Arrange the work order, balance production capacity and control the over time. Lead other department together resolve the quality, capacity, design issue.
• Finished goods and PCBA inventory analysis and management.
• Review and control ECN.

If you are:

• Familiar with production planning, over 3 years production planning and control experience, Familiar with SCM.
• Have a good skill to control the inventory and DOH.
• Be proficient in operate computer and SAP system.
• Familiar with UPS and PCBA manufacture process
• Systematically control the work order delivery %, Customer On time Delivery %, and order Lead time.
• Problem solving: Be good experienced in skills to solve different kinds of problem.
• Strong time management skills utilizing time effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
