Responsibilities:
-Inventory receiving on time, and manage inventories data accuracy;
-Daily receiving/shipping report, and weekly/monthly inventory report on time;
-Organize cycle count and quarterly stock taking;
-Coordinate and arrange shipments strictly follow the instruction from customer service;
-Prepare shipping documents, labels to exactly meet customers' requirements;
-Communications on time with customer service for anytime needed.

Qualification and experience:
- College degree in logistics, warehouse management or equivalent experience;
- Familiar with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and Waigaoqiao Bond Logistics Park (WBLP) business module;
- experience of ERP system, SAP will be a plus;
- Team player , good communication skill;
- Be accountable and proactive, self-driven to continuously improve;
- English speaking fluently and good written skills is must.
