PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

？ Handle the day to day inter company matters(issue invoices and credit notes to overseas according to settlement);

？ Coordinate with ops team on all charges related matter and ensure all freighting on our documents are in accordance to our tariff and issue tax invoices to shipper;

？ Check the settlement with pay term on MBL and HBL and protect prepaid ocean freight and all local charge into recap;

？ Transfer the revenue from CN FAMS to ES FAMS and vice versa;

？ Apply for the payment for correct payee, amount, purpose and bank account.

ACEDAMIC

College degree or above with Transportation, Logistics, or related major background.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Familiar with ocean billing and related ocean operation process;

Minimum 1 years working experience in Ocean function in a multi-national freight forwarding /logistics company;

Good English in related fields;

Good computer skills and strong team spirits.
