Main responsibilities:

●Accounting:

-Entries for invoices.

-Entries for receipts from all bank accounts and cash. Correctly reconcile with open ARs and book-keeping for ad-

●hoc bank receipts.

-Review and keep track on the variance of actual AR vs accruals.

-Supervise all invoice working papers.

●Monthly Closure:

-Accrual revenue for each BU and each type of business.

-Liaise with AP team to ensure matching of revenue vs costs.

-Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

●Reporting:

-Ensure a timely weekly AR report.

-Ensure a timely monthly CFO AR PPT.

-Based on internal management needs, prepare other internal AR reports to enable timely and effective decision making.

●Compliance:

-Ensure issued Fapiao compliance with tax related laws and regulations.

-Solid control on Fapiao management. Void Fapiao filing and process is fulfilled tax regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

●Education and Experience:

-Major in Accounting or Finance related. Bachelor degree.

-Minimum 8 years in book keeping, with more than 5 years working in AR position.

-Worked in MNC, logistics company is a plus.

-Familiar with new PRC GAAP, VAT treatment.

-Familiar with the ERP system, JDE preferred; Proficient in Excel, Access, MS Office Tools.

-Good English and Chinese in writing and speaking (CET 6 or above).

-Self starter.

-Ability to work in a multi-task, highly matrix environment.

-Able to work under pressure.

-Good interpersonal skills.
