Tariff Management is to capture and maintain tariffs in standardized format to facilitate 'AUTO'retrieval of sold rate and cost in order to enable effective execution of downstream processes like Station Workflow and Billing


Role and Responsibility Tariff Team


?Obtain up-to-date Tariff Component (sold rate) from BD and engage them on necessary clarification
?Obtain up-to-date Tariff Component (cost) from Product/Operation and engage them on necessary clarification
?Interpret all different type of Tariff into charge line level so as to upload into Matrix OFS
?Tag Tariff to the correct customer ID
?Ensure Tariff is up to date, accurate
?Ensure Tariff history traceability (who provided what sold rate and when)
?Record special/exception Tariff handling for proper circulation (If tariff could not be registered by core tariff function, special remark would need to be indicate during Tariff registration as well as Tariff execution)
?In country SME for Tariff Management
?Engagement with Operation on tariff execution enquiry
?Engagement with IS&S on technical challenges on Tariff Function in Matrix OFS.
?Perform audit periodically to ensure tariff is executed accurately.
