What do the Reliability Team do?

We are a modern team using scrum-like methods and try to predict what we should do in a 2-week basis. We are also an operation team that handles alarms from monitor system.

We are the builders for Daniel Wellington IT systems that stretch to multiple clouds platforms in China and maintaining transparency to our global HQ through interconnection in and out of China. We are heavy and experienced user on AWS global and AWS china but we’re also expanding fast on Alibaba Cloud and Tmall Cloud support our business growth in China and APAC. We have the operation responsibility for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). There are many integrations to the ERP system, for example Lambda services and e-commerce. Automation is the key to our success!

作为一个现代化的团队，我们采用 Scrum 的管理模式来规划未来两周的工作任务。工作职责具体包括根据公司的全球扩张情况搭建 ERP系统 (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)， 维护ERP 系统及其集成模块，比如 Lambda 服务和电子商务，监控并处理服务器系统发出的警报和问题。我们是Daniel Wellington IT系统的建设者和运营专家，运营着DW在中国区域的协同工作的多个云计算平台，并通过高速跨境网络保持和总部时刻双向互联。我们是AWS全球和中国区域重要客户但与此同时由于我们本身的电商属性，我们也在阿里云和聚石塔平台上快速扩展我们的业务。更重要的是，我们的服务都使用脚本自动化搭建，自动化是我们成功的关键！

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO：

1.Writing automation scripts, assist team to optimize operational efficiency on Windows endpoints

2.Developing and tweaking the environment to get a more speed, stability and security.

3.Monitoring global IT infrastructure, identify and solve incidents and escalate issues to proper specialist/manager.

4.Collaborating with the DevOps and Dev Teams

1.编写自动化脚本，帮助团队尽可能的提高Windows终端的运维效率

2.开发并优化环境，追求更快速、更稳定、更安全的工作体验

3.监控全球 IT 架构，确认并解决问题，必要时升级问题给对应的专家/经理

4.和DevOps及开发团队协同合作

 WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT：

1.Full working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English

2.Academic degree in computer science or related

3.Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server

4.Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory

5.Good Knowledge of Powershell Scripting Language

6.Experience of system monitoring

7.Good communication skills

8.Strong team player, troubleshooter with an analytical mindset, service minded

9.Comfortable to work in both team and individual

10.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/CRM is strongly preferred

11.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

12.Knowledge of Linux

13.Knowledge of Internetworking

14.Knowledge of cloud (AWS,Alibaba Cloud, Tmall Cloud, Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred)

15.Certification in related fields (MCSA, AWS SysOps Associate, CCNA and above)

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
