Job Description:

Daily documentation/operation for sea-freight shipment.

Maintain the smooth relation with customer.

Confirm shipment on board on vessel sailing date.

 MBL draft checking with carrier, prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier.

Issue invoice to supplier and overseas offices.

Send pre-alert and related shipping documents to overseas offices on time.

 complete and correct data input in systems on time.

Keep overseas offices  informed for any changes.

Update related charges in system in time.

Requirement:

- College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant.

- Work independent , passionate attitude to work.

- Good at English Writing , Speaking .

- Excellent communication skill.

-At least 1 year experience in relative industry .
