职位表述和要求： This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of an air separation unit plant in Shenzhen. This role mainly take charge of the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity and Liquid production per production Plan, and responsible for shift field safety, Efficient and reliable Operation for the Plant ,execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist GSS-M engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance work and other assigned works by Production supervisor or manager.

1.Operator level 4 is the entry level.

2.Perform elementary operations under higher level operators.

3.Demonstrate the ability to follow procedures and directions from supervisor.

4.Develop an understanding of the Basic Safety Process requirements and hazards that might be present at the site.

5.Demonstrate basic knowledge of ASU process, know any procedural requirements (both generic and site specific),find all the major equipment and know it’s function and perform standard inspections of equipment at site.

6.Accomplish operator level 4 training module which consist of materials designed to familiarize the new operator with the site ASU plant, and air products corporate level programs, also include company history, product lines, employee benefits, administrative procedures and key company contacts.

7.Spend most of the time on training and learning.

Qualification:

1.Good education background, major in chemical, mechanical engineering or industrial automation and instrumentation. etc.

2.Good computer skills.

3.Need to work in shifts.

4.On call for plant needs of any kinds of personnel, equipment or customer problems.

5.ASU or manufacturing working experience, good safety knowledge would be preferable.

6.Willing to take additional training and learn new skills to become certified higher level operator
