Job Description

Eaton Corporation located in Shenzhen has an opening for Supervisor-Finl Plng. The purpose of the position is to:
1.Lead profit plan preparation and analysis;
2.Prepare actual report analysis, to support management to take effective action to improve performance;
3.Prepare rolling forecast data and related analysis under close connect with the business;
4.Work closely with business manager locate in Taiwan&continually review sales and margin performance;
5.Support and Participate monthly operation review withy related functions;
6.Refine financial controls throughout the business to the satisfaction of interal&external auditors;
7.Establish learning team to continuous improve team performance;
8.Assist plant controller to achieve team targets.

Basic Qualifications

1.Bachelor's Degree in accounting or relevant field required;
2.Above 5 years' experience in finance working experience and above 2 years' management experience;
3.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and get results required;
4.Familiar with US GAAP;
5.Good communication and presentation skills with good interpersonal savvy;
6.Willing to take initiative and has the passion for new leaning;
7.Fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking;
8.Master of ERP, SAP or Oracle.
