Job Description:

1. Leading the investigation to understand the internal quality status. Analyze the production process to identify the potential quality risk.
2. Setting up quality control process or procedures, both for internal and external. Push the Implement of these procedures and monitor if the people are closely follow.
3. Setting up proper organization structure to support quality control activities.
4. Make and publish monthly internal quality assessment report. Monitor and push the production team to make sure the improving action plan was properly followed and analyze if the action plan works.
5. External supplier quality evaluation and usage monitor, feedback the vendor quality analysis report to vendor manager. Raise alarm for potential quality risk for any suppliers.
6. Organize and carry out internal quality training regularly, such as quality procedure enhancement training, quality complaint case study and so on.
7. Help on quality complaint investigation and corrective action plan evaluation.

Requirement:

1. Over 5 years working experience in well-known localization company at quality control related position.
2. Well organized and strategy thinking.
3. Good communication skills and can well coordinate with other function department.
4. Proven experience of quality management especially for localization industry.
5. Strong leadership and target oriented.
6. Familiar with ISO and has experience of internal ISO implement will be plus.
7. Good skills of people management.
8. Good at trouble shooting and quick response.
9. Good English skills both written and oral.
