Responsibilities and Activities (but are not limited to):

1.       Invoice issuance, book and send out A/R invoice and credit note to related party, related to cost plus and back charge

2.       Cost transfer of all companies, contains WIP, WAP, cost plus; Prepare CM2 report and inventory analysis

3.       Monthly G/L booking and deliver monthly reports timely with high quality, ensure monthly closing smoothly, such as A/R aging, reporting package, etc., for MES CZH Shanghai Branch

4.       Quarterly IC reconciliation for A/P of MES CZH Shanghai Branch

5.       Monthly input VAT reconciliation for all companies

6.       PE Hudong quarterly reporting; Monthly statistical report of MES CZH Shanghai Branch

7.       Other tasks assigned by supervisor, such as yearly end audit and so on  

Required skills / Experience and Attributes:

1.       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

2.       Minimum 6 year experiences in accounting, knowledge of local GAAP ( including tax ); G/L experience would be a plus

3.       Advanced Excel skills; Preferably with working knowledge of SAP ( FICO )

   4.         Good   communication and collaboration skills; With ability to work independently;   Frequent user in English
