Objective:
To increase our market share for our Century Accounts in Technology Sector; we need a dedicated team to focus our Century Accounts Program; these accounts are large complex organizations that have tremendous growth area across the nation and different geography which required full understanding of their supply chain in order to create our value proposition to tackle the new business opportunity.
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Identify and realize new opportunities
a) New business generation across multiple regions and services
b) Coordination of projects
c) Implementation support
d) Oversea negotiations
2. Maintain and develop current business
a) Performance review with customer and virtual team
b) Quickly resolve open issues
c) Monitor and drive continuous improvement
d) Aggressively ensure accounts receivables adherence to contract terms
3. Develop and expand relationships
a) Proper coverage of all main decision makers and influencers
b) Reaching out to new parts of the organization
c) Actively work to engage high levels within customer organization
4. Ensure account plan and virtual team are continually evolving
a) Design of integrated and detailed account plan and strategy for China
b) Establish virtual team and update when appropriate
c) Drive communication with virtual team
