工作职责:

• Delivery of high-quality IT services and data security for users, including but not limited to computer terminals, client-side wired and wireless networks, client-side operating systems and office software
• Guarantee the reliability of company infrastructure services and data centers, ensure that core networks, key application services and data have disaster recovery and sustained service capabilities, and perform regular backup of key data
• Manage IT service team with more than 20 people, train and set up cadre echelon, establish a benign competitive atmosphere within the team, and form a team culture of initiative and customer first. Team member turnover rate should be controlled at a lower rate
• Taking improving the user service experience as the core work objective, constantly improves the service process, technology and service personnel capabilities. Quick response to user needs, timely and accurate solution to user IT incidents, service completion to obtain high user satisfaction evaluation
• Work closely with other IT teams, including but not limited to architecture design, technical experts, application development and call center teams, to provide users with optimal IT service solutions
• Establish a trustworthy IT service image, establish a good trust relationship with key users, regularly communicate with users, timely get feedback from users and ensure the implementation of solutions
• Strictly abide by the standards of purchasing system and asset management system, ensure the compliance of the company
• s IT asset life cycle management. Planning IT Annual Service Budget, timely order and renew IT services to ensure the availability of IT services
• Comply with the company
• s ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, change management and configuration management
• Managing IT service providers to ensure that IT outsourcing services, network services, cloud application services and other providers continue to provide stable services and maintain progress to meet the company
• s growing business needs, timely elimination of service providers with inadequate capabilities

任职资格:

1.5+ years Experiences in IT technical and service territory；Familiar with or familiar with the following aspects: IT project management, IT enterprise architecture, IT process optimization and IT application development experience

2.Over 3 years working experience in large enterprises, familiar with the operation and management characteristics of group company

3.Strong team organization and management ability, abundant cross-team personnel organizational coordination ability

4.Familiar with ITIL service process and use it in practice

5.Good communication and interpersonal management skills, able to build trust with key users in a relatively short time

6.Demonstrated experience to cooperate with business and lead Business IT project

7.Deal with situations of pressure, and show flexibility towards peak workloads or urgent assignment.

8.Show initiative, proactive, responsible and self-managed in relation to tasks
