• 协助产品经理组织领导团队，跟踪产品的相关开发改进进度，完成产品开发、测试、版本管理、评审发布，产品上线等相关工作；


• 协助产品经理组织领导团队，监督确保上述系列产品开发的合理交给，优化方案、资源落实和项目进度；


• 跟踪产品上线后的使用效果、用户反馈、收集和挖掘改进需求、与产品来源方沟通持续改进产品；


• 具备产品经理的思维模式，并致力于钻研产品领域


• 负责协助产品经理对德勤的现有的咨询服务，进行可产品化需求挖掘、评估、并在评估通过后，进行产品化实施推进；


• 根据德勤服务客户的实际需求，负责协助产品经理对第三方产品进行引入，形成新的德勤产品线；


• 负责协助产品经理对德勤的现有的技术团队，进行可产品化需求挖掘、评估、并在评估通过后，进行产品化实施推进；

Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历，财经、税务、管理信息化商业、金融或计算机专业背景，计算机软件工程相关专业优先；


• 熟练使用PPT、Axure、Visio、EXCEL、word等表达工具；


• 熟悉主流的大数据平台如Hadoop、Teradata等, 有数据分析与挖掘经验者优先；


• ERP系统相关工作经验，具有产品方案架构设计，方案开发、后期维护实际经验者优先；


• 具有软件需求分析经验或者企业财务系统实施相关经验优先；


• 具有软件产品架构设计，软件产品开发、软件产品维护实际经验者优先；


• 积极的工作态度及创新思维，积极主动思考和寻找解决方案的能力；


• 良好的沟通、协调能力，良好的英语沟通及写作能力，具有产品研发管理相关经验及四大咨询行业背景优先；


• 有强烈的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力，具有良好的职业道德及敬业精神；


• 有良好的客户意识、服务意识和团队合作精神，创新精神。
