工作职责：

1、负责日常招聘管理工作，根据现有编制及业务发展需要，利用各种渠道和方法，寻找合适人员满足业务招聘需求；

2、根据运营部门实际情况，为其提供专业的人力资源解决方案和政策咨询；

3、协助搭建可持续发展的人才梯队，并全面负责所支持部门的人员跟进工作；

4、协助培训、员工关系，企业文化等模块工作的执行、宣导、信息收集并针对问题给予解决方法的建议或方案。

任职资格

1、人力资源、管理或相关专业统招本科以上学历；

2、熟悉各种招聘渠道、招聘流程及面试方法，3年以上招聘工作经验，快速消费品招聘经验优先；

3、性格开朗，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，以结果导向，抗压能力强。
