ACCOUNTABILITIES

To further grow sales network

Responsible for sales management and network development within the region

Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution

Provide support to local dealer on sales promotion, training

Develop and implement business strategy to reach business objective in retail areas

New area and dealer development

Monthly sales and visit report

Requirements on knowledge & skills:

Knowledge:

College degree

Basic English skills both oral and written

Skills:

Sales experience >3 years,

Familiar with retail channel, Familiar with project channel, especially in sanitary, Building materials, all electricity or other durable goods field.

Willingness to travel.

Good communication skills

Team spirit
