Job description:

• To facilitate the associated professional education training courses or projects from the procedure management aspect 
• Be familiar with the knowledge of related products, patients with arrhythmia treatment trends, and scientific activities within the disease area of cardiac diseases
• Be involved in the Prof Ed project design and execution in target specialties.
• Continuously optimize the training workflow for different training programs
• Continuously develop the course according to the feedback from field for improving Prof Ed effectiveness                

Requirements:

1. Education /Degree Required:   

• Bachelor degree or above, medicine or medical degree preferred    

2. Background and Experiences:    

• Demonstrated success in project planning and execution
• Be familiar with the education or training associates    

3. Other skills: 

• Basic computer knowledge,
• Fluent in written English    

4. Personal characteristics: 

• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic, a self-starter
• Excellent inter person skills and communication skills
• Strong team work
