职责描述：

1、 负责项目管理的体系建设、执行流程与模板的制定、宣导、推广及优化；

2、 负责项目立项、项目评审、项目汇报的组织和管理支持职能的工作；

3、 负责项目执行过程全程跟进，包括项目进度、项目风险预警、里程碑任务检查、变更管理、项目绩效等工作；

4、 协助项目相关的会务及会议记录、文档管理及项目报告的汇总工作；

5、 组织项目管理的相关制度和流程的推广培训，负责相关材料的编写和宣传工作。

6、 其他研发后勤保障和临时安排的工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，医药相关专业或管理相关专业，；

2、从事医药技术或项目管理经验本科5年以上，硕士3年以上，熟悉项目实施的流程分析、优化能力及项目管理相关知识或医药开发技术流程；

3、掌握office project或相关项目管理工具；

4、具有良好的抗压能力和执行力；良好的应变、沟通和协调能力；

5、性格外向，为人诚信、细致、严谨，有较强的责任感；

6、有IPD或PMP相关培训经验或证书者优先，熟悉生物医药开发过程优先。

Bio-Thera Solutions Ltd, a leading biotechnology company in China, is dedicated to researching and developing innovative and biosimilar therapeutics for the treatment of cancers, autoimmune, cardiovascular diseases, and other serious medical conditions.
