Job Description

Responsible for sales income from local high-potential Elite customers in local territories of selected cities, as on site sales for Elite, he strives to become the first point of contact for an Elite customer to address all their purchasing requirements. Primary focus is on using good relationships and local knowledge within selected elite accounts to achieve substantial business growth.

? Achieve sales targets and other specified metrics

? Build, maintain and enhance relationships with all key influencers and decision makers within Elite customers to consistently strive to maximize new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Full time at customer site.

? Plan effective contact coverage to exceed sales/growth targets

? Develop an in depth understanding of the customer, their markets and competitors

? Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value added services

? Build and use internal and external networks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive activity at site level

? Identify new contacts and expand the range of products purchased

? Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data and sales reporting data to maximize potential from the customer base

? To continually expand relevant technical knowledge and to develop an understanding of the RS value proposition and service portfolio, their application in key areas and the benefits they provide to customers.

? Provide monthly reports to include data on performance against sales targets and key metrics

Qualification

? Local resident. Hungry for sales. Good at relationship building. Existing networking will be preferred.
