岗位职责：

1、深入研究工程承包合同，严格履行合同；

2、负责各项施工方案及质量控制措施；

3、主持工程的进度（工期）、质量、安全、成本和文明施工等实施；

4、协调好与建设单位、设计单位、监理单位、地方主管部门、分包单位等各方面的关系，及时解决施工中出现的问题，确保施工项目顺利开展，达到项目管理目标的实现；

5、配合相关职能部门，建设行政主管部门等对工程项目的监督、检查、指导工作；

6、加强成本核算，注重成本信息反馈，发现问题并及时采取措施；

7、加强项目经济技术资料的管理，及时办理各种签证，向施工单位、设计单位及其他有关单位办理结算、索赔；

8、负责工程竣工验收各项工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、熟练掌握建筑规范和施工工序及技术要求，能读懂施工图，了解施工及验收规范；

3、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，良好的团队意识和沟通能力、学习能力及创新意识，抗压力强，能接受不定期的加班；

4、认可公司文化。

Main Duty:

1、In-depth study of construction contract，and strictly fulfill the contract;

2、Responsible for various construction schemes and quality control measures;

3、In charge of the progress of project (duration)，quality，safety，cost and civilized construction etc.;

4、Coordinate the interaction with the construction department，design department，supervision department，local authorities，subcontracting department and other related parties, to solve the problems in time during the construction, to ensure that the project can be carried out smoothly, and to achieve the goal of construction project management;

5、Cooperate with relevant functional departments and administrative department to supervise，inspect and direct the construction projects;

6、Strengthening cost accounting，pay attention to the feedback of cost information，find problems and take measures in time;

7、To strengthen the management of the economic and technical datas of the project，to deal with all kinds of visas in time，to settle the account and claim for compensation with the construction department，design department and other relevant department;

8、Responsible for the work of completion and inspection of the project.

Job Requirement:

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、Proficiency in building codes，construction procedures and technical requirements，can read the construction drawings，and well understanding the regulations of construction and inspection;

3、With strong sense of responsibility，bearing hardships and standing hard work，good communication skills and teamwork player，learning ability and innovation consciousness，strong work commitment and can work under pressure，accept irregular overtime;
