工作职责:

？Preparing monthly group consolidation and reporting affairs, communicate with group BU and entity reporting teams for issues identified during consolidation process;

？Preparing the consolidation and reporting affairs under the instruction of team leader to meet the reporting requirement of PRC and HK listed company’s reporting purpose

？Coordinate the reconciliation process of inter-company transactions and balances

？Have in-depth knowledge and experience with new PRC GAAP and IFRS, especially in equity transactions, purchase accounting and fund accounting;

？Have the knowledge and experience in financial statement analysis

？Coordinate with internal and external auditor in the audit work and other professional parties for reporting purpose;

？IPO experience is preferred;

任职资格:

？The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with solid accounting knowledge and outstanding track record in China GAAP and IFRS;

？This individual should be a quick learner and a self-starter who is able to set priorities, find out solutions and work to meet timelines;

？The individual should have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to team with individuals in diverse businesses and cultural environments;

？The individual should be familiar with Excel, Word and PPT; work experience with JDE/Hyperion system is a plus;

？The individual should have minimum of 2+ years working experience in big 4 (additional 1 or 2 years reporting experience at corporation will be a plus);

？The individual should be fluent in both English and Chinese;

？The individual with certified Public Accountant or other recognized accountancy qualification is preferred.
