Responsibility:

1、         Formulate the annual marketing work plan of the BU, propose the specific marketing strategies and implementation plans on branding, market development and promotion, support management by providing business analysis and involved in key decision-making for product lines.

2、         Continuously optimize the team structure and develop the team ability based on the BU’s business needs; establish and improve related policies and working procedures, direct and manage subordinates’ work, organize and supervise the implementation of annual marketing plan.

3、        Develop and implement the annual budget of the Marketing Department; control marketing expenses and ensure the efficient use of budget.

4、         Formulate and implement product development and promotion strategies, facilitate rapid marketization of new products and effectively manage product life cycle. 

5、         Lead the team to collect market information, conduct research and analysis on the industrial trends, competitive intelligence and develop forecast to support management’s decision-making. 

6、         Lead the team to collaborate with sales and technical support function, carry out branding, promotion, internal and external technical training and other activities to continuously expand the market.

7、        Establish KOL information database, develop and maintain the industrial KOL relationship.

8、         Responsible for the department’s talent reserve, training and team development.

 Requirements:

1、         Master degree or above in biology, medicine or chemistry, preferably with background in omics.

2、         Master degree with at least 8 years relevant marketing experience, Doctor with at least 5 years. More than 5 years of management experience is required.

3、        Self-motivated, strong leadership skills with execution and innovation ability, cross-function team spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4、         Proficient in relevant office software, excellent writing and speech skills.

5、         Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
