上班地点：上海市浦东新区金豫路（提供班车）

工作内容

该岗位主要是和供应商ODM, OEM合作，check供应商的新产品是否可摆放公司品牌下上市；确定上市产品后，内部跟进公司产品的安全性及稳定性检测；日常跟marketing部门沟通，对外和供应商跟进项目。

Help create and ensure the prompt availability of quality products for businesses that are safe and effective, suitable for mass production, and in line with the brand/category innovation strategy. Ensure launch commitments are met with regard to lead times and costs.

Ensure the quality, safety and performance of formulas

Integrate and develop innovative technologies that offer results the consumer can perceive 

Propose and develop formulas in line with the marketing policy and consumer expectations 

Officialise formulas in a prompt manner by coordinating and validating all development phases and providing updates on formula availability ? Provide monitoring (scientific, technological, patent, evaluation, etc.) and contribute to safeguarding L’Oréal intellectual property 

Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the laboratory 

Emphasise the value of technologies to businesses through strong product pitches; where necessary, help improve the relevance and conformity of communication on technical and regulatory matters in line with L’Oréal procedures and positioning

应聘条件

Cross-disciplinary vision and understanding of research activities 

Bachelor or above background with major in Chemistry, pharmacy or biology related Strong communication and project management skills

Fluent in both oral and written English 

Sensitivity to make up products

Organizational skills, versatility and responsiveness

Solid grasp of development processes and projects

Ability to convey your knowledge and run skills centers

Clear awareness of the latest safety rules and regulations
