1. 参与税务条线产品架构设计；
2. 对系统框架相关技术和业务进行培训，指导开发人员开发。并协调分析和解决系统开发、生产运行中出现的各种问题；
3. 负责组织技术研究和攻关工作，负责组织及带领团队内部员工跟进新技术并能应用分析设计中相应决策选型；
4. 参与公司应用系统的需求设计，承担从业务向技术转换的桥梁作用，理解系统的业务需求，负责制定系统的整体框架（包括技术框架和业务框架）；
5. 协助项目经理制定项目计划和控制项目进度，负责辅助并指导系统分析开展设计工作；
6. 负责技术方案设计与评审，协助软件质量标准，制度推广与监督；
7. 对AI+Block Chain+Cloud+Big Data+Iot 等新技术有一定的应用及理解；
8. 对机器学习，深度学习领域的技术研究感兴趣，能够给出学习平台的设计方案；
9. 至少熟悉一种常用的深度学习/机器学习框架，如TensorFlow、MXNet、Pytorch、PaddlePaddle、Spark等;
10. 熟悉常用的推荐算法和机器学习算法，如深度学习、逻辑回归、GBDT、协同过滤等；
11. 对Cloud的应用设计及开发流程有一定的实践经验；
12. 对大数据建设平台的一定的经验，并参与过分析模型的设计工作；
13. 熟悉主流大数据计算平台的原理，熟悉MR/RDD/Graph等计算模型，具有Hadoop、Spark、Storm等分布式数据存储与计算平台的应用经验；
14. 了解Spring Cloud，Dubbo等微服务框架和架构；
15. 对于敏捷开发和DevOps 流程运作有一定的了解；
16. Base 上海
Qualifications:
1. 8年以上大型企业应用及分布式系统的设计与开发工程实践以及系统实施运维经验，3年以上的应用架构设计经验以及敏捷开发经验；
2. 精通软件系统构架设计的理论、实践和工具，并掌握多种参考构架、主要的可重用构架机制和模式（例如J2EE架构等）；
3. 优秀的客户沟通和团队协作与管理能力，出色的自学能力、分析能力、解决问题的能力；
4. 强烈的责任心，积极向上，严谨的工作态度，做事谨慎细致，考虑问题全面；
5. 统招本科及以上学历，开源社区积极参与者与贡献者优先；
6. 有财务,税务背景者优先；
7. 有互联网从业经验者优先；
8. 英文口语和书面表达能力强；
