The position is designed to assist project leader in implement of the project execution independently and take lead of the sourcing related tasks. To plan, manage, coordinate and control the execution of projects, within Beauty franchises of the AP Consumer business.

 

This will require:

·         Manage from End to End to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, achieve the final project objectives (FPOs).

·         Implement packaging material sourcing on time and on cost.

 

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

·         Work with cross-functional team members to achieve the project FPOs and develop detailed project timeline.

·         Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project execution within target timings.

·         Develop risk management & mitigation planning for projects as required.  

·         Closely work with sourcing team, analyze and control product cost; and ensure sourcing related tasks meet project timelines.

·         To provide quality quotation in a timely fashion and coordinate the agreed purchasing plan.

·         Guide supplier to understand our orders and projects priorities and ‘on-time’ expectations

·         Prepare and present project reports as required.

 

 

·         University graduated major in supply chain management or related degree;

·         2-5 years’ experience in FMCG/Sourcing or Project Management;

·         Ability to organize, communicate and follow up with supplier for quotations

·         Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills;

·         Eager to learn and be team player; Pro-active problem solver.

·         Positive energy and always looking to lift personal and team performance.

·         Proficiency both oral and written in English
