? This new position mainly cover operational & Account payables work which is a junior accountant position.

? We require this person with 1-2 years of experience. Contract offer is on 2 years basis and if the candidate is suitable, we will offer a permanent position after the 2 years contract. This way, we can gauge whether the candidate is suitable under 2 years observation.

? Candidate with SAP experience is preferred. 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

? Posting invoices

? Review Claims and payment activities

? Payment Run via SAP & bank

? Preparation of Bank reconciliations

? Follow up on VAT invoices from vendor

? Vendor SAP maintenance

? Manage Intercompany confirmations

? General administration 

? Fixed asset management

? Insurance Management  

? Prepare & submit Withholding Tax filing & Return

? Prepare submit VAT Filing & Return 

? Prepare submit Stamp duty Filing & Return

? Manage the internal Finance process check via FCF/ WPM (work process manual) / Line Of Authorities activities

? Prepare and assist in internal reporting requirements and Statutory reporting to china authorities

? Assist to prepare accounting Month end schedules

? Generate & monitor issuance of  VAT invoices

Qualification & Experience: 

？ Undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Accounting and Finance.

？ Chinese universities score preferably of 75 and above

？ 1-2 years working experience with exposure in Accounting and Finance

？ Strong SAP background in FI Module especially relating to Accounts Payables.

？ Fluent in spoken & written English with CET score above 570 points

？ Strong in Accounts Payables and VAT tax matters.

？ Experience working for Foreign Invested Enterprise(Multinational)
