Role Summary/Purpose :

This is a role to lead technical solution for Installed Base products Life cycle and customer satisfaction including system design, image quality, service and QMS audit activities.

Essential Responsibilities :

? Facilitate and coordinate the IB tasks between system & IQ team and compliance team matrix owner especially the CSO Lead

? Drive and lead the technical/solution discussion between System/IQ/HW/SW/Reg./TP function team with TCP’s opinion consideration

? Lead the solution decision with design engineer, TCPs and Managers esp. for decision of enhancement request

? Support compliance team on IB issues cross-function cooperation, eg. MFG, SOU, SVC

? Responsible for the IB products DHF management and maintenance

? Lead V&V for IB products solution/annual release and as SDE for the design change related to system & IQ area

? Safety risk mitigation management with GEHC safety risk management requirement

? Technical expert on other IB matrix eg. SPCR, part Lifecycle, concession handling, 

? Cost control and management considering in the solution delivered to the customer

Qualifications/Requirements :

? BS Degree in Engineering with 5 years relevant work experience.

? Global working experience in engineering

? GEHC working experience in service, electrical or IB would be preferred
