Essential Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for driving supplier feedback for quality issue, supplier change and process change related works.

2. Coordinate with Engineer and cross function to solve supplier feedback case

Completely.

3. Communicate with filed engineer for investigation of the post market quality complaints and leading team to identify the trigger of the product failures in respect of the technical and the operation environment. 

4. Coordinating feedback events with customers and service personnel.

5. Monitoring and analysis on product quality data, lead and identify Service related improvement opportunity

6. Quality project tracking and execution.

Qualifications/Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Bio-engineering, electrical or automation engineering or above 

2. Strong English written and verbal skills 

3. 3+ years Product quality management or project management relative work experience

4. Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

5. Demonstrated organizational, functional, and leadership expertise to lead a small team on a project, sub-system or platform initiative

Desired Characteristics :

1. Experience working in systems engineering or project management.

2. Ability to work independently

3. Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly

4. Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure

5. Medical device working experience, X_Ray experience is highly preferred
