Main Responsibilities:

· Daily operation and back office management of JD.COM

· Handle pre-sale consulting, after-sale issues and customer complaints on JD.COM

· Maintenance of product evaluation, especially focusing on reply for negative ones

· Make the related analysis reports (weekly, monthly, etc.), and submit monitoring data: marketing data, transaction data, commodity management

· Cooperation with the relevant departments to support the development of e-commerce
