What you will do:

 To be responsible for direct tax compliance and accounting work for China

entities, including:-

performing quarterly and annual CIT filing;
performing withholding income tax reporting with tax
bureau for non-trade outbound remittance;
preparing journal entries for all CIT accounts under
both PRC and US GAAP;
preparing quarterly account reconciliation for all CIT
accounts to align with group accounting policy;
preparing tax provision for US group reporting
purpose (FAS109) under US GAAP; and
supporting US/PRC statutory audit work from CIT
perspective.

To be responsible for indirect tax compliance and accounting work for
China entities, including:-
reviewing VAT, Consumption Tax and surtax returns
and various statistics reports and other reports requested to be filed with tax
bureau;
performing VAT and surtax reporting with tax bureau
for non-trade outbound remittance;
reviewing JE and monthly VAT account reconciliation working paper;

reviewing input/output VAT reconciliation from ERP
to GTS prepared by OTC/PTP team and investigating on open reconciliation issues
and seeking improvement chance;
preparing revenue reconciliation form ERP to financial statement;
supporting PRC statutory

audit work from VAT and surtax perspective.

To be responsible with tax advisory and tax planning implementation for
China entities, including:-
responding to tax queries from local BU finance or other function teams in a timely and professional manner;- 
assisting in project implementation including setup,
liquidation, M&A, health check and so on from China tax side where
required;
assisting in tax workflow improvement to improve
efficiency.

To be responsible for China tax audit and other tax admin stuff:-

Assisting in China tax audits and tax position defense and addressing queries raised by local tax bureau
collecting financial and tax data for tax analysis/forecast
and coordinating with external parties like tax firm  to complete verification report and etc.
keeping good communication and developing solid
relationship with in-charge tax officials and local BU colleagues
