Role Summary/Purpose :
Product Sales Specialist-East region, should be a market & segment experts responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that either will generate new opportunities or advance existing ones, always working in partnership with sales and product team, bringing customer insights through all deployed programs
Essential Responsibilities :
? Capture customer insights and conduct Win/Loss analysis: Analyze channel/field level win/loss data and conduct in-depth customer interviews to generate insights and develop hypotheses on the GTM strategy and commercialization plan in the region.
? Advanced Commercial Development
? Identify market and commercial risks associated with selected innovations, and support projects that retire those risks.
? Integrated Region Marketing Plan : Leading in partnership with Product and Sales, the Annual Region Integrated Marketing Plan, ensuring execution of coherent and impactful campaign
? Commercial Launch support: Developing and executing marketing programs aligned with product and solution programs
? Installed Based Marketing: Lead IB marketing programs in order to increase share of market, drive IB Retention & Customer Loyalty
? Demand Creation & Funnel Acceleration: Responsible to develop and execute Dem. creation & Funnel acceleration tactics supporting product and solution commercial launch plans and IB Marketing initiatives:
? Outbound and inbound marketing (Events, Direct Mktg, email Mktg etc.) and prepare all channels to support those programs
? Measure effectiveness of all marketing activity in the region
? Top Accounts Marketing - Develop & implement Top Account Marketing strategies to support SAM to sell new products and solutions, but also to collect customer insights
? Sales Enablement: Working to ensure that sales/channel teams will be properly trained and with the right materials, brochures and tools required for execution of growth strategies
? Channel Marketing
? Commercial Launch / IB Marketing
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, clinical related field
3+ years’ experience in clinical marketing, product marketing or related field
Strong influencing skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Experience interacting with product development teams
Familiar with aspects of digital and field marketing
Strong native language and English communication skills
