Description:
Provide first level support to sales function. Responsiblefor analyzing sales market data and administering sales VC plans. Conducttrainings to sales teams. Coordinateregional compliance board meetings. Responsible for regional NPS actions,Coordinate all customer issues across functions like service, OTR. Supportsales operation leader in SFE & other activities related to drive growth bysetting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
Keyresponsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Set up andupdate sales operation processes and policies.2. Set up orcustomize e-platform to meet business requirements.3. Drive order/salesforecast and execution.4. Build upprocesses & database to generate management reports.5. Coordinate cross-functionteams to resolve customer issues & complaints.6. Assist accountapplication and coordinate account attribute related issue resolution.7. Support tender process,and issue tender documents as needed.8. Monitor pricingpolicy carrying out.9. Build upscorecards for sales and dealer measurement.10. Conductoperation related trainings to sales team.11. Compile saleshandbook.
Quality Specific Goals:
· Knowledgeand understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies(including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations,etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’lLaw is broken
· Knowledgeand understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but notlimited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) andoperate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law isbroken
· Awareof and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, QualityManagement Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as theyapply to this job type/position
· Completeall planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
· Identifyand report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate correctiveaction as required
· Drivecontinuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, andprocedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the QualityManagement System
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, majored in International Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or Statistics;
· 2+ years relatedworking experience;
· Excellent communication skill; ability to interacteffectively with people from different functions;
· Proficient at Microsoft Office software such asExcel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
· Detail oriented, committed to deliver the results;
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliveron tight timelines;
· Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Sales operation experience in multi-nationalcompany is preferred;
· Dealer management background is a plus.
