WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO ?岗位职责：

1. 负责公司各电商平台运营管理，整合各销售渠道业务，制定年度运营规划及销售策略，提升电商销售规模；
2. 参与品牌在中国市场的营销规划制定，对品牌营销内容、媒体投放组合、节奏安排等方面提供合理建议；
3. 根据品牌营销规划合理安排电商渠道年度运营规划，统筹管理规划执行，并实时优化调整；
4. 统筹规划部门架构，合理分配组织部门人员分工，对部门人员进行有效管理和能力发展；
5. 负责与各平台对接人员保持良好沟通，根据不同平台相对优势及价值进行策略区分，充分拓展渠道资源；

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，具备主流电商渠道或互联网2C品牌运营操盘3-5年工作经验；
2. 数据敏感，善于利用数据指导工作调整；
3. 成熟的团队管理能力及经验；
4. 具备熟练英文沟通能力者优先;

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.

品牌创始人Filip Tysander在一次环球旅行中遇到一位气质独特穿着考究的英国绅士，他佩戴着的复古手表搭配有着岁月痕迹的尼龙表带。Filip从这样佩戴尼龙表带的方式中获得灵感，并创立了自己的手表品牌 – 设计简约而精致。
