Position Title:               Business System Analyst

Position Reports to:     Finance Controller

Location:                         Shanghai, China

Position Summary:                 

 

• To be a Business Partner to other departments in achieving the company vision 

• Responsible for ERP implementation and maintenance   

• To be a Technology Enabler utilizing the latest technology in enhancing and improving both quality and efficiency of the reporting system
  
  

   

  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

   

1. Work with ERP consultant developing and supports robust technology solution, taking into account user's requirements, technical requirements, etc.;

2. Find available information as well as support and optimize usage of information (business/finance report generation)

3. Develop, implement and administer reporting systems that assure accuracy of accounts and interface to the ERP system and business data application package, and provide training to the user in the company.

4. Maintain ERP systems to accurately reflect financial transactions, analyze and resolve issues on the daily operations.

5. Performing technology diagnosis and assessment activities;

6. Contact person for ERP system, report generators,  IS staff as well as local users

7. Upload monthly financial reports/forecast/plan reports into system

8. Generate system report for monthly financial and business performance analysis

9. Business process improvement

10. Other ad hoc projects

     

     

    Requirements & Qualification

 

• 3 years experience with ERP logical and enterprise information construction process, preferred with IFS

• ERP report development experience

• Good knowledge of excel, especially regarding pivot tables, cubes functions, etc.

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Finance , Information Management or Enterprise Management

•  Balanced knowledge of accounting, projects, and logistics

• Good English skills

• Great communication skills to communicate with decision makers at various levels in the organization

• Implementation & Training skills

• A good team player

• Ability to recognize the importance of attention to detail and following through on commitments

• Adaptability and flexibility, with a can do attitude

 

Prefer:

• Project management and ERP implementation experience
