Role Summary/Purpose :

The Lead Service System Designer leads service technology Design of Service (DFS) development for products and plays a critical collaboration role with engineering and service teams. The Lead Service System Designer will be responsible for driving cross-functional high-impact business initiatives that deliver technology, functional/process harmonization, platforms, and innovation.

Essential Responsibilities :

The Lead Service System Designer is responsible for driving Service Design (Installation, Calibration, Serviceability, PM) for CT Premium platforms & implementation within product design. The Lead Service System Designer works closely with Cross-Functional Service teams, Product Leadership, LSDs, Principle Engineers & Architects to define a strategy to develop effective service requirements by having a clear understanding of customer needs & then driving the translation of those into technical specifications & product design.

Qualifications/Requirements :

*   Master of Engineering in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering/Computer Science, or Bio-medical Engineering or Bachelor of same Majors with 1~3 years working experience at least.

*   Experience working in a Service or Systems Engineering team

*   Strong analytical, trouble-shooting skills

*   Ability to work independently

*   Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly

*   Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure

*   General project leadership skills

*   Design For Reliability (DFR) or Design For Service (DFS) experience

*   Good Communications and proficient written and Spoken English.

*   Team player with boundless spirit
