Responsibilities:

- Supervision detail design

- Supervision for erection and start-up

- Duration of services is depending on site progress, 10 months for the site manager is estimated maximum which is included in the total price for supervision

- Main duty is to be the leader of the OT site team.

- Establish and organize the OT site office with telecommunication, internet, etc

- Progress reporting to the customer

- Weekly reporting to project management

- Participation and representing OT at site meetings

- Responsible for communication between OT and customer site organisation

- Site cost control (relating to OT equipment only)

- Control of OT man-hour consumption and invoicing customer

- Organizing vendor specialist to site when necessary

- Organizing corrective actions in case defects or errors are found in OT equipment

- Advise customer's site organization also in areas outside OT equipment



Requirements:

- College degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering

- 8-10 years experience in similar position

- Available to travel in China for long terms

- Excellent knowledge of mechanical construction standards and practice

- Good communications skills and good team player

- Good organizational skills

- Capable of maintaining good working relationship with client - Hard working and able to work under tight deadlines

- Pro-active, responsible, diligent, excellent problem solving skills
