Summary of Client:

我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。

Reporting Lines:

Department: HRD

Report to: Senior Training Manager-Group

Key Responsibilities:

1. 发现和掌握员工培训需求，制定公司培训计划；

2. 持续完善和实施公司培训计划，同时做好培训后的跟踪和反馈；

3. 组织开展业务部门技能培训；管理技巧培训的组织和开展；

4. 组织新员工入职培训；

5. 组织、实施公司内训及外训，并做好跟进评估工作；

6. 通过组织各种活动建立和培训企业文化，提高员工向心力，增强企业凝聚力；

7. 按公司培训资料管理的要求，做好培训记录、培训考核的管理工作；

8. 承担一定的课程开发任务。

Job Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；

2. 5年以上跨国公司/大型集团公司培训工作经验；如有零售、保险、酒店等服务业的培训经验的，优先考虑；

3. 优秀的英语口语与书写能力；

4. 优秀的演讲技巧，良好的沟通协调能力；

5. MS Office-PowerPoint, Excel, Word运用能力；

6. 优秀的逻辑思维能力、辩论能力及理解能力；

7. 以人为导向的、主动的、客户导向的团队精神；

8. 良好的沟通、协调能力、分析技能，能承受高压工作；

9. 成熟、独立、自信、正直、能做的态度、开放思维。
